What are the class times?
Classes run five times a day at 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 4:30 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak hours.
Are personal training sessions included in the membership?
Personal training is available as an add-on service and can be booked separately with one of our certified coaches.
Is the gym women-friendly?
